CANCELLATIONS

Our cancelation period is 12 hours. Classes cancelled within a 12 hour period will be charged and a credit will be take from your account.

LATENESS

We ask for you to arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you are new to the studio. Once you have attended a class we ask you to be 5 minutes early. This is so that you are settled on your reformer and ready for the class to begin.

We lock the studio at the time the class commences for safety, therefore you will be unable to enter the studio once the class begins.

REFUNDS

Once purchased we will be unable to refund credits.

PACKAGE USAGE

Packages must be used within an 8 week period. We have extended this period from 4 to 8 weeks due to being so busy. Please plan & book your classes ahead of time as we will be unable to extend any credits further than 8 weeks.

WAITLISTS

If you have added yourself onto a waitlist, please ensure you have credits beforehand. The app will not automatically add you onto a class without a credit.

JEWELLERY

Please ensure all rings and earings are removed for health and safety purposes. You can pop the on our shelves in front of your reformer.
