  • With a background in strength training, functional fitness, and group coaching, Indie brings a dynamic, burn-focused edge to Reformer Pilates. Indie describes her style as a blend of intentional, low-impact movement with strength-based flows that sculpt, challenge, and reconnect you to your body. Expect a mix of movement with deep core work and that signature reformer burn you’ll love to hate. Think strong glutes, better posture, and a serious glow from the inside out.
