Our mission is to transform lives through movement and mindfulness, offering a welcoming space for individuals of all ages and fitness levels to explore their body’s potential.

Our Classes
We provide Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes, each accommodating up to six participants to ensure personalised attention. Our classes are designed to cater to various fitness levels and goals.

A beginner-friendly class focusing on technique, control, balance and coordination. Ideal for those new to Pilates, recovering from injuries, or returning to exercise.
This class is also suitable during pregnancy.

Designed for people with regular exercise habits and good body awareness. This class offers a moderate intensity, challenging participants without requiring extensive Reformer experience.
Suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Our most intense class, recommended for those with at least four prior Reformer sessions. It emphasises endurance, balance and stability through advanced movements.
Not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or recovering from injuries.

Rooted in traditional Pilates, this class complements your Reformer practice and is adaptable for all ages, body types and fitness levels.

A dynamic, full-body workout that blends Pilates, ballet, and strength training to improve posture, flexibility and muscle tone - all with low-impact, high-intensity movements.

A small group, PT-led class using weights. You’ll learn proper technique, build full-body strength and develop lean muscle in a supportive environment. Designed to push you and get results, it’s all about lifting well, moving better and leaving stronger (and sweatier) than you came in.

Breath-led, strength-based flows designed to build flexibility, focus and inner calm. Rooted in mindful movement, this class helps you stretch with purpose, strengthen from the inside out and create space in both body and mind. Expect a welcoming, grounding practice that leaves you feeling centred, energised and more connected to yourself.
